CrepNova is an urban casual dining brand based on crepes and pizzas for everyday consumption. It has 10 restaurants and 3 delivery kitchens in Barcelona, Madrid, Sant Cugat, and Esplugues, with a simple and scalable model that combines dine-in and delivery.

GoodNews is a coffee retail brand with a highly recognizable identity, focused on a fast, friendly, and consistent experience. It operates in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, and Amsterdam, with locations in strategic urban locations and an easily replicable model.

By Salomon Hospitality is a hotel management company specializing in the development, positioning, and operation of hotels and restaurant projects. It currently operates in 3 countries and 10 cities, with more than 900 rooms managed, and a long-term vision focused on the efficiency and performance of assets.

We participated in the company's initial funding round and were part of its first Board of Directors. We subsequently divested a majority stake, currently holding a minority position in the company's capital.
